What to Expect: The Photo Shoot

Because each photoshoot is a custom session, each job begins with a walkthrough.  We will work with the space to identify and create the best lighting for the space and its amenities. If you believe that there is a certain feature that sets your home apart, let us know and we'll be sure to give it extra attention.

P
lease be sure to review the Preparation Checklist and let us know if you have any additional concerns or questions.

What to Expect: Post Production

For all clients, we provide the high-resolution digital files. These files are emailed to you within 24 hours, or we can save them on a cd for you at no additional charge.  You are free to do whatever you'd like with these files, short of selling them for profit. We try to keep it easy and simple for our clients by eliminating the complications of licensing terms or restrictions.

Tips to Prepare for your Shoot

We've created a seller/realtor focused checklist to help you better prepare for the session.  The most important tip we can provide is to always remember:  a clean and organized space will produce the best photos. The best photos, in turn, will generate more interest in your property.

This checklist will help you identify the key areas in your space that should be prioritized and organized. The best results are produced when distractions to the eye are limited and we can put our full focus on displaying your property in the best light.

Please see our 'Tips to Prepare for your Shoot' checklist. And be sure to provide the list to your sellers with as much time as possible for them to prepare their space.
